"The Soldier's Guardian" is a beautifully designed custom lost-wax bronze statue that Randolph Rose Collection was commissioned to create by the Harris County Housing Authority in Houston, Texas.

Originating as a simple sketch on a napkin, "The Soldier's Guardian" transitioned from napkin art to tabletop clay mold maquette (small preliminary statuette) to a larger than life-size bronze statue, measuring 10' x 10'.

The design is artistically crafted with the angel standing as though he is about to ascend with his wings spread wide and beautifully displayed. The angel guardian looks upward as he carries the fallen soldier in his arms. The U.S. soldier rests in the angel's arms with his helmet and uniform still on as the patch on the front of his jacket identifies him as Eamon Flemming.

Showcased in our , "The Soldier's Guardian" is featured at a veterans housing complex in Houston, Texas representing the complex as a safe haven for veterans.

Randolph Rose Collection was honored to be a part of creating this bronze angel and soldier statue to commemorate and express our gratitude for our military men and women.
