This listing is for a vintage Japanese kimono in white - a rare find indeed.  This is not an underkimono, which are often white but with a jacquard pattern. This is an overkimono, unpatterned.  

The fabric is a lightweight crepe - we cannot be sure it is silk because some synthetic crepe fabrics feel similar.  The lining is silk, which suggests that the outer fabric is silk as well, but we cannot be sure.

White kimono are quite rare, given that white can be considered the color of death, and white kimono are typically reserved for the bodies of those who have passed.

But we get inquiries about white kimono from anime cosplayers, because several characters do wear white kimono.
